Frequently Asked Questions
How much does cleaning cost?
General home cleaning with Daisy Cleaning is charged by the hour £20 per hour, a 2 hour clean £35 and OAP special £30 for 2 hours. We do offer a trial clean to new customers for £30 for 2 hours.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
Not at all. Some customers like to be there, others prefer to be out. Whatever suits you is fine, and we will always treat your home and belongings with care and respect.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, we bring everything needed. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know.
Do you bring your own cleaning equipment?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning equipment, however some customers prefer us to use their hoover or mop etc to ensure its only used in their home. we are happy to use your equipment if you prefer.
How often can you clean?
We can clean for you as often or as little as needed. Weekly, fortnightly or one-off visits are all available. You can change or pause your schedule if your plans change. We provide flexible cleaning on yours terms.
What’s included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms and general tidying.
Do you offer deep cleans or one-off cleans?
Yes. Deep cleans are ideal for a fresh start, spring cleaning, or before and after a move, and can be booked as a one-off.
What additional services do you offer?
Ovens, windows, ironing or laundry or any other general home help chores can be added upon on request. We can combine home help chores alongside cleaning. We also offer carpet cleaning, spot cleaning plus rug and upholstery cleaning, ask us for a personalized quote for any additional services.
